Yanshan Branch implements strictly the HSE idea that safety is the most important and life is the most valuable. We have keeping a thorough management of HSE of all staff, all dimensions, all processes, and all weather. We strictly adhere to the requests of HSE system and conduct a fine, systematic, standard and documental management, to ensure safe research, environmental friendly processes, confident techniques, and green products.
Since the inception of Yanshan Branch, we have been doing is responsible for the country and people, SINOPEC, and all the staff, to make our production process more energy saving and less consumption, to increase the quality and stability of our products, and to improve our technique indexes. Several complete technologies of synthetic rubber reach the world advanced level, i.e. heat pump recycles and re-utilizes the heat energy in rubber plant and our synthetic rubber products are reliable and durable. Our producing technology of silver catalyst has constant improvement, i.e. consumption of energy and raw materials is dramatically reduced, quality of products is steady and the selectivity is continuously raised, CO2 emission and ethylene consumption have marked decreasing. Trimerization of ethylene into 1-hexene is free of the three wastes whose comprehensive utilization of ethylene exceeds 99%. Our pyrolytic gasoline hydrogenation catalyst shows remarkable advantages of high processing capacity, high performance at low temperature, and long running period. These technologies and products has widely used at home and abroad with high reputation, which greatly contributes to the quality of Chinese people’s life and the safety and environmental protection of petrochemical industry.
