Team construction

Yanshan Branch has a systematic talent ranks made up of experienced scientific and technologic researchers on the development of complete plants, which enables our development of synthesis, processing and application of synthetic rubbers, design and development of silver catalysts, and development of fine chemical synthesis. We now have 5 professionals who won the Min Enze Prize for Young Scientific Talents of SINOPEC, 5 specialists of affiliated institutions of SINOPEC and 275 professionals which includes 47 that has Ph. D. degree, 71 that has Master degree, 8 professor-level senior engineers and 116 senior engineers.
