Carboxylic styrene butadiene latex belongs to thederivative of butadiene and styrene (XSBRL), with high adhesive property,better film-forming property, excellent mechanical, chemical and freeze-thawstability. Because of good compatibility with pigment and filler, a lot offillers can be directly filled. Since a series of advantages such asself-crosslinking, XSBRL is widely used in papermaking, carpet, non-wovenfabrics, water-based adhesives, sealing materials and construction industries.

5000 tpy commercial plant of XSBRL was built with theindustrial technology developed by Yanshan branch of BRICI in 1989. XSBRLproducts have served more than 20domestic users since the operation of plant. The mainphysical indicators of latex products have reached the advanced level at homeand abroad.

XSBRL production technology is mature and advanced. Thelow soap, batch charging and high temperature polymerization processtechnology, degassing technology by chemical method of steam stripping,wastewater treatment technology, high pressure water jet cleaning technologyand other key technologies all reached the foreign advanced level.

 XSBRL for carpet

XSBRL704has solid content of 50%, viscosity less than 300mpa.s, surface tension at40~70mN/m, pH value of 7~9, glass transition temperature of -32 DEG C, isespecially suitable for carpet backing adhesive. XSBRL704 has been supplied inmore than 20 domestic users, for carpet backing adhesive, coated paper, paperboard coating, and artificial leather manufacturing. The main physicalindicators of the latex products , the carpet and coated paper products havereached international advanced level.

XSBRL7103has solid content of 50%, viscosity less than 300mpa.s, surface tension at40~65mN/m, pH value of 7~9, glass transition temperature of -10 degrees C, issuitable for carpet backing adhesive. XSBRL7103 production technology wasawarded the three prize of scientific and technological progress of Sinopec in1994, and the second prize of science and technology progress of Beijing.

 XSBRL for coated paper

XSBRL705 is a kind of latexproducts for coated paper, with solid content of 50%, viscosity less than 500mpa.s, surface tension in 40 ~ 65 mn/m, pH at 7 ~ 8, glass transitiontemperature of 7 ℃, especially suitable for coatedpaper coating.
