30ktrare earth IR industrial technology
The research of rare earthIR in Yanshan branch of BRICI began in 2007. The rare earth IR industrialtechnology with complete independent intellectual property was developedintegrating the homogeneous phase efficient rare-earth catalyst system, threereactors adiabatic continuous polymerization process, low viscosity cementtransmission technology, slipping and post-processing technology, solventrecovery technology and related analysis methods. The technology has reachedthe international level. The 30 kt rare earth IR plant was built and run successfullyusing this technology in Sinopec Yanshan Petrochemical in 2013, filling thegaps in the production of IR in Sinopec and successfully drove to Sinopec.Products are qualified through several tire manufacturers on trial, and to acertain extent, improve the performance of tires.

Preparation technology of rare earthcatalyst for IR
The rare earth IRindustrial technology was developed by Yanshan branch of BRICI use neodymiumcarboxylic as catalyst. The preparation technology of 560 tpy rare earthcatalyst was developed at the same time. Beijing Yanshan catalyst Co. Ltd. usedthis technology to build industrial plant and successfully put into operationin 2013. The products are qualified and the catalytic activity is equal to theimported products, which fully meet the requirements of producing rare earthIR.
