The CPC Committee of Yanshan Branch heldseminar on party building on March 22nd and 26th. The seminar was presided overby the president, vice secretary of CPC committee of Yanshan Branch, Hongbo Li,and members of the leadership, middle-level cadres, and team leaders attendedthe seminar.

In the two half-day seminar, directors ofeach department and leaders of each research team gave reports on their workand development ideas in recent years. The innovation on science andtechnology, operation and management, and reform and development on the threemain research fields, synthetic rubber, silver catalyst and fine chemicalindustry were intensively discussed by the attendees. Some new ideas andmethods to improve the innovation efficiency and business performance wereproposed, as well as advices and suggestions on the party building.
