On March 19th, a forum on management of scientific research washeld inYanshan Branch of BRICI. The forum was presided over by Li Hongbo, the presidentand deputy secretary of the CPC committee of Yanshan Branch. The leadership,middle-level cadres and team leaders of Yanshan Branch participated in theforum.

Aiming at new demands and expectations of Sinopec on thescientific innovation of Yanshan Branch, the theme of the forum is based on thepractice, plan for the changes and endeavor for a new future.

The forum had 15 reports, covering topics on the managementorganization, improvements of regulations, personnel training and recruitment,wages, rewards and punishments, management of funds and materials, logisticsupport and business.
