On January 11th, the Labor Union of Yanshan Branch held the 2017annual symposium on the art and sports associations in the fourth meeting room inthe building of engineering research center of rubber and plastic. Ding Yuhua, DeputySecretary of the Yanshan Branch Committee of CPC and chairman of the Labor Union,presided the meeting.

The presidents and directors of the associations of badminton, tabletennis, foot shuttlecock and fishing attended the meeting and gave reports onthe activities and the use of funds in 2017 and plans in 2018. After deepdiscussions on the time and venue of activities and the participation of thepersonnel, some advice and ideas were put forward.

In her summary, Ding Yuhua expressed her gratitude to the presidentsand directors of all associations. She asked all associations to strengthen theirconstruction, make the best ofthe platform and arrange activities step by step,and all associations should abide by the regulations on the management of the activityvenue and the funds should be used rationally and regulated to avoidcorruption.
