April 27 - May 16, technical personnel ofBranch went abroad to carry out technical services.

Since 2013, there have been three overseascustomers using YS series silver catalysts, two of whom have successfully putinto use in 2014 and 2016, respectively. The third customer who used YS-8520Hsilver catalyst of Branch, after a smooth Start-Up in March this year, thedevice temporarily stopped due to compressor failure. The main task of thistechnical service is to assist customers to restart the device, the initialperformance of the catalyst assessment, and take the opportunity to visit othercustomers.

The technical service team assisted thethird customer to successfully carry out the Start-Up of the device, and thenoptimized the catalyst and conducted an initial assessment of the catalystperformance from 6th to 10th. The results showed that the activity andselectivity of YS-8520H silver catalyst met the requirements of technicalagreement.
