April 23, technicians of SINOPEC WaterTreatment Reagent Assessment Center went to Shanghai Petrochemical to carry out2017 annual water-cooled heat exchanger research work, and helped SINOPECrefrigeration equipments operate in a "stable, long, full and excellent"condition.

During the week-long investigation,assessment center technicians faced a complex scene, and methodically worked inan unpleasant smell. They have conducted on-site inspection and evaluation for morethan 150 ends of about 83 heat exchangers, and successful completed the task.
